Scheduled and paid for on site windshield replacement 2009 Impala to be done 7/15 between 1-6 pm. At 4pm they messaged they would be there within the hour. No show. At 5:45 they cancelled saying an earlier job went long. Rescheduled for 7/17. Today they said they can not sent out a technician due to area wide poor air quality. They offered to send someone to pick up the car and take it to the service center and back for a $50 fee or they would do the work if we could bring it in. I arrived at the service center and they had all of their service bay doors wide open. The store manager was friendly and professional and said they would have preferred to send tecnicians out but "corporate" would not allow it. I pointed out to him all the service bay doors were wide open and he said they needed "air movement". I contacted customer service but the representative said she was limited to sending a complaint to the store manager. The windshield was replaced very quickly. The store manager said he would send my email address to the regional level and I should expect to be contacted by them. I await an explanation as to how the air quality on E Ridge Rd is better than 8 miles to the west.

Safelite told me to go to a specific body shop. That shop left my car exposed to the outside for. A week with the windshield off allowing rain to soak my interior. Safelite never brought it up to me the damage. Safelite also moved my car from the body shop to their shop without authorization. They are trying to gaslight me that the water was there when I dropped it off the very first appointment they told me it would need rust repair (I picked it up then dropped it at the body shop). But never thought to mention the water in the car at any point. Because they moved it and the body shop was forcing me to pay via cashapp without me even seeing the car I am out the money to lean my car out of the water damage as the body shop is iqnoring me now that I brought up the water. Any major issue found on the car should be alerted to the customer immediately. They never mentioned it like it's normal to have your floors soaking wet Safelite also delayed the install a further day because they are unable to safely transport windshield and broke the one that was supposed to be installed on my car. Don't go to this location. The manager brushed off my concerns and will still recommend this shop.

My experience was fantastic? My technician Maddie was great. She called because she had a spot open earlier!! Yay 😁 She came was very nice, professional and quick. She had my window replaced in around 40 minutes!! So pleased with the service. Thank you

I called to set up a mobile service and scheduled the appointment during my work hours. The a tech was very nice and tried to do the repair, but in my case the repair did not work (which sometimes does not). The tech told me that if I was not satisfied to please stop by the office and figure out the next step. So a few days later I walked into the office and met Tim and Leah, booth super friendly and wanted to help. I told Tim what happened with the mobile repair and he looked up my information and told me that is no problem to replace my wind shield since the repair did not work. He also said we can do this without having to make another claim with my insurance which made the process even better. I would have to bring the car in to get the glass replace because my car had to be recalibrated for safety features on the my car. Within days I had my appointment and was getting the wind shield replaced. Leah told me it could take to 2 to 3 hours for everything to get done and planned to wait for it in the waiting area. After about 30 minutes I deceived to walk near by restaurant to have a quick lunch. When I returned my car was ready to go and with everything completed. It wa
